Rampart Multi-Family Management a top leader in the property management business currently has an opening for a Leasing Agent.
*Duties include but not limited to:*
* Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, irate resident, service request, etc.
* Greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, professionally present community while communicating features and benefits
* Maintain a Leasing Portfolio, which includes community specific information complete with brochures and information
* Walk rented units prior to move-in to verify that unit is move-in ready
* Oversee correct completion of all lease applications, application verification and notification of prospective clients of results.
Oversee miscellaneous client communication as needed
* Physically inspect or oversee physical inspection of community, pick up litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff.
Inspects move-outs and vacancies as needed.
* Inventory office supplies on periodic basis.
* Oversee organization and filing of appropriate reports, leases and paperwork.
* Perform any additional duties assigned by Site Manager or Regional Property Manager
*Qualifications:*
* High school education or equivalent is required
* At least 1 year of experience in property management leasing preferred
* Tax Credit experience Credit preferred
* HUD preferred
* Good leasing and closing skills
* Must have Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) knowledge
* Good organizational skills
