is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician at The Arts Apartments at West Napoleon in Metairie, LA!!! Responsibilities: • Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in • Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance • Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues • Other duties as assigned by management Requirements: • Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling • HVAC experience/knowledge in a plus • Must be dependable and have own transportation GREAT PAY EXCELLENT BENEFITS GROWTH POTENTIAL RENT DISCOUNT Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to careers@medve.
