BWRA Property Management is seeking additional property managers!
Requirements: Must be a licensed real estate agent in state of Louisiana, previous property management experience a huge plus
Job Description: You will be in charge of medium to large multifamily complexes.
This job will require you to be accessible on weekends and holidays.
You will be expected to walk the property at least once a week, coordinate maintenance tickets, communicate directly with tenants both in person and over the phone/management app, communicate with clients to keep them up to date on their property, report directly to BWRA Property Management ownership, complete small weekly tasks at property such as sweeping and picking up trash on premises, coordinate move-ins and inspections, file for evictions and attend eviction hearings, and other tasks as outlined specifically for each property which will all be agreed upon prior to your employment on each property.

This position provides the opportunity to earn commissions from real estate deals while having a stable income from managing properties
Compensation: Commission based.
You will receive 5% of gross monthly rents for the property you manage.
If you also work as a real estate agent with Bridgewater Realty Advisors, you will receive a competitive commission split for all deals you close.
This position is for highly motivated and self-sufficient individuals.
The more properties you manage, the higher your monthly income.
Additionally, the more deals you close as an agent, the more you will earn.
