We are looking for an all-star Account Executive to join our Star Service of New Orleans team! Our ideal team member will be able to sell HVAC Maintenance Contracts creatively and effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
Able to appraise and survey mechanical systems and determine energy savings, repair, modification, and/or maintenance requirements.
Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions and properly apply company pricing policy.
Visit job sites and meet with customers to evaluate projects for pricing
Prepare proposals based on technical specifications and present them to the customer, negotiate terms of the sale
Develop and manage customer relationships to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans
Able to identify and develop prospect relationships in assigned markets and promptly follow up on leads and referrals.
Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure booking goal is consistently met.
Promptly address customer concerns to ensure resolution of problems and maintain long-term positive relationships.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-5 years of related B2B sales experience, commercial or industrial mechanical sales experience a plus
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong communication and organizational skills with a solid work ethic
The ability to identify and exceed customer expectations while managing a high volume of work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency performing duties
Ability to obtain a TWIC card
