OFFERING Looking for a roommate for February 1st! Uptown/Black Pearl/River Bend area We’re two working professionals (Sophie- 33 she/her, E- 36 they/them) looking for a 3rd roommate to share our 3 bedroom 1 bath home located near the Uptown/Carrollton area.
Pictured is the bedroom for rent (the bed and closet are staying, though the bed can be removed if not needed) as well as the common areas which we share.
There is much less furniture/fewer plants now, so plenty of room to infuse your own style into the place.
We share a fenced-in backyard with the upstairs unit.
Rent is $625 a month plus a third of utilities, water, and internet (bills average around $130 a month) We’re looking for someone who is tidy and down to help clean.
One of us works from home and both of us are pretty early risers.
Overall we’d like someone who isn’t loud and who is respectful about having company over late.
You are allowed a pet, , though we'd prefer no other dogs if possible.
Any pets will need to be able to get along with Molly the Dog (seen in the bedroom pics).
We enjoy watching movies, cooking, and the occasional game night.
