My roommate is leaving so I'm looking for a cool person to take his place.
It is fully private, non shotgun.
Super cute Uptown house just a block from Magazine St.
The room is upstairs, has its own AC unit, and comes furnished with a bed, small dresser, and lamp.
The bathroom is shared but I keep weird hours so we wouldn't be in competition for it.
Lol.
The $500 includes all utilities--entergy, water, and wifi.
I am a quiet artist/writer who also loves to bake, so there is pretty much always some sort of dessert up for grabs.
There's a nice big backyard where I've been trying to grow veggies, and I did have some success with butternuts, sweet potatoes, and peppers.
I have a live and let live philosophy when it comes to roommates, so I'm looking for someone similar.
We have two living rooms, one of which I use as a studio, and you would be welcome to share for your own projects.
A fellow creative person would be wonderful but is in no way required.
