Automotive Service Greeter

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Automotive Service Greeter to join our team at Matt Bowers Infiniti Metairie.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them to our service department and ensuring their service experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Responsibilities: - Greet customers as they arrive at the service department - Assist customers with scheduling service appointments - Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or technician - Provide information about services offered and answer customer inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area - Monitor and update customers on the status of their vehicle service - Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient service operations - Follow all company policies and procedures related to customer service Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior customer service experience is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is a plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are a friendly and professional individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you!
