Key Holder

_*JOB OVERVIEW*_ We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Holder/management personnel to join our team.
As part of the management team, you will play the role in supporting the other managers in all aspects of club operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong leadership skills.
Must have at least 3 years in previous bar/hospitality management roles to be considered.
Background check must be clear of felonies.
_*RESPONSIBILITIES*_ - Assist the managers in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures - Supervise staff, ensuring exceptional customer service - Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members -Holding staff accountable - Manage shift rotations -Scheduling staff - Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local and state laws - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Maintain visual merchandising standards to maximize store presentation -Ordering and supervising stocking of inventory _*REQUIREMENTS*_ - Previous experience in management or supervisory role required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of retail math and basic accounting principles - Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems - Familiarity working with computers is a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the bar and nightclub industry and have the necessary skills to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
