Sales Associate (Marrero, LA)

Miche Designs and Gifts is a small gift shop in Marrero, LA.
We sell personalized gifts and home decor.
We are fun, creative, and our goal is to provide excellent customer service while helping our customers find the perfect gift.
Our work environment includes: Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Utilize effective upselling techniques to increase sales and maximize revenue - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets - Create product displays that are creative and catch attention Experience: - Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette - Knowledge of wireless technology products and services is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate in English; bilingual skills are an asset - Proven ability to sell products and meet or exceed sales targets We are looking for creative and friendly faces to work as part of our team!
