As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail Hispanic store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing a team of employees, and driving sales.

- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor analysis
- Ability to negotiate prices with suppliers
