Some things about me:
I'm 31.
I work as a cook, mostly in fine dining restaurants.
I'm a musician and I play piano and drums.
I recently picked up a synth and drum machine and I’m in love.
This means I have no problem using headphones if sound is an issue.
For exercise I like to walk, bike and play basketball.
I do not drink or smoke cigarettes.
I clean up after myself! Slightly OCD about it and I don't mind if you are not, to a degree.
Financially:
Clean rental history with references - 4 years in Portland, 5 years in Albuquerque, 8 months in New Orleans, 4 months in Ireland.
No debts.
Great credit.
I decided to move here because the people are friendlier and more down to earth than most places I've lived.
I also prefer this climate over the rest of the U.
