LA Contractor License (Qualifying Agent) Available (LA State) LA General Contractors License Qualifying Agent Louisiana Contractor License Qualifier Agent Available Are you seeking an "Qualifying Agent" for your company in order to be an official State license "LA Commercial/Residential General Contractor"? If so, based on long term for a fixed monthly fee, I'm interested in qualifying your company only if you're a reputable company that has a good standing and reputation.
You must have a clean record and are willing to do a full background check which is required by the State.
FYI: What's a "Qualifying Agent License Contractor"? The State of LA allows a License Holder to Qualify a non-license Construction Company or Developer, in order for them to legally do business as a Certified License Commercial/Residential Contractor within the State of Louisiana.
An ideal company to qualify would be either a "Residential Developer, Commercial Retail/Restaurant Chain, Home/Flipper Investor Company or a Multifamily Contractor", but I'm open to others.
You MUST be the Owner/Developer/Investor of ALL of your Own Projects, and not for Hire working for the Public.
