Eurosonic E and A string - LIGHT tension (I do not have the D and G strings for the Light tension set)
Also
Eurosonic E, A, D, G - ULTRA LIGHT tension (includes all four strings from the set)
Eurosonic website says: "First is the inner core which is a braided rope wound cord consisting of steel and silk.
Silk is the key to the low tension, gut like tones and the steel adds tuning and intonation stability while adding the ability to work with magnetic pickups.
This cord is then tightly wrapped with a blend of non-ferrous and noble metals (copper, nickel, zinc, tungsten, etc.
)"
A quick price check online says these string are $150 for a set.
And I am asking $100 for the full set of ULTRA LIGHT tension and $50 for the E and A LIGHT tension.
These strings have never been played at a gig or anywhere else for more than a few minutes, they were just put on the bass and taken off a few hours later.
Essentially brand new.
These strings were bought from FMI Music in California.
They are Eurosonic white tape wound synthetic gut strings with a steel core.
These Eurosonic strings were purchased from FMI Music and they are dyed brown to look more like a gut string, same string, same sound, just dyed brown.
FMI Music offers to dye them brown for people who don’t like the white string and want it to look more like a natural gut color.
They are a great alternative to high end gut strings.
They are a low tension string and they make a great full synthetic gut set of strings also a great synthetic gut E and A strings to go with a raw D and G or any other brand of D and G synthetic strings for a good slap string set.
They have a steel core so they work great with magnetic pick ups.
A great sound and low end thump for folk, roots, rockabilly, bluegrass or old school jazz.
