This position provides clinical assessment, development, implementation, and leadership of clinical service as well as monitoring clinical quality for services to a specialized group of individuals served through the entire agency.
This position also includes clinical supervision of this specialized service and identifying clinical innovation and trends in the provision of this service.

Responsibilities/Duties
Leadership and Staff Oversight
Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff including Clinicians, Clinical Coordinators, Clinical Managers within the service line.
Quality Assurance
Assess current clinical programming and practice as it relates to services in specialized area.
Ensure that services are provided in accordance with local, state, federal, and industry standards that maintains high standards of quality and integrity with RHD's commitment to excellence.
Clinical Development
Identify clinical trends in specialized area and collaborate with Service Line leadership to design and implement EBP/BP initiatives where appropriate.
Assist in the development, implementation and review of education and training plans related to specialized service including the development of training curriculum and materials.
Focus on creating a therapeutic environment that supports the individuals served and centers on harm and risk reduction.
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
Seven to ten years of clinical experience with individuals in need of specialized services.
3-5 years clinical supervision experience required.
Required Education
Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, or human services field required.
LCSW, LISW, LCPC, LPCC, LCMHC or LMHP licensure required.
Strong knowledge of DSM-V.
Program Summary
The Alternative Dispatch Crisis Team is a multidisciplinary mobile crisis outreach team that will be integrated directly with the 911 emergency response system to provide a rapid, mobile and telephonic responses to meet those in a behavioral health or social needs crisis face-to-face in the community.
