Work you'll do
As a Administrative Implementation Manager for Health Benefits Rewards Delivery within our Workforce Transformation team you will:
Navigate the complexities of managing health benefits, ensuring compliances are followed and enhancing overall plan/ platform effectiveness.
Work with end clients to collect requirements as well as bring those requirements back in an efficient manner to Deloitte implementation teams.
Handle day-to-day administration tasks, including employee enrollment, qualified life events (QLE) , communication, forms/letters, and record-keeping.
Have an established knowledge - as well as a desire to continue learning about - benefit processes such as annual open enrollment, election deductions , plan eligibility & election/coverage maintenance.
Coordinate with HR vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of all health related events.
Have an understanding of health benefit technology platforms - to include having understanding of how to perform administrative functions in these platforms as well as light troubleshooting and testing for these platforms.
Responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, carrier feeds, and integrity of the data being entered into these benefit administration platforms
Help conduct competitive vendor search and selection initiatives.
Assistant in preparing client presentations and reports.
Conduct general health & welfare consulting activities as required.

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience post-Bachelors.
6+ years experience in a consulting environment.
6+ years experience leading technology implementations and/or transformations in the health benefits administration space.
6+ years experience working with open enrollment, qualifying life events, deduction election, plan eligibility and coverage maintenance for health and/or pension benefit plans.
6+ years working in benefit technology administration (creating users, assigning roles and abilities, reporting, etc.

6+ years working in vendor evaluations, utilizations, implementations and feedback.
2+ years of business development experience & the desire to continue working business development related tasks.
Bachelor's degree required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for this role.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,025 to $198,375.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
