Dishwashing Supervisor - Brennan's

Brennan's seeks a supervisor for back of the house employees such as dishwashers and housekeepers.
About the Job: Manages and coordinates day-to-day activities of housekeeping and dishwashing departments and contributes to the general sanitation functions of the restaurant.
This position reports to the kitchen manager.
About You: Previous back-of-the-house experience is essential, preferably in a leadership role.
You work well in a team environment.
You pay attention to detail You have general knowledge of the dishwashing and housekeeping functions in a restaurant and when needed, can work these positions.
