Direct Care Supervisor

We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy Direct Care Supervisor *(Preferably Females)* to join our staff to Oversee and Monitor our Direct Care Attendants.
As a Direct Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing workflow and ensuring that the Direct Care Attendants understand their duties and delegated tasks towards our mental health clients.
You will need to monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
*Background Checks and Drug Screenings will be conducted.
* *```Duties```* -Manage the workflow of employees, creating schedules and delegating tasks -Ensuring that all Direct Staff Attendants Sign In/Sign Out as well as Clock In/Clock Out at the beginning and end of their shifts.
- Daily charting of Clients - Instructing employees on correct reports and paperwork of clients daily - Assessing work performances and identifying areas of improvement - Training new hires to make sure they understand their roles and ensuring that all performance standards are met - Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all time - Must be able to cover the duties of a Direct Care Attendant, as needed *```Qualifications```* - Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred - Advanced leadership and team management skills - A minimum of 2 years experience - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of Company Policies - First aid and CPR certification preferred - Ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
