Guest Services Department - Usher (Seasonal)

Team members in the Guest Services Department provide legendary customer service by anticipating and responding to a wide variety of guest needs and requests quickly and efficiently.
We need team members who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service with a sense of warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and company spirit.
Responsibilities: Answer guest questions and provide information as required.
Create and maintain a working environment conductive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork.
Maintain positive relationships with guests.
Performs all other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications: Must consent to and successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Must be 21 years or older (required by Casino and/or State regulations).
Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Racing Commission License.
