Nash Heating and A/C is BOOMING in Jefferson, LA and we are very excited to be looking for several additional phenomenal staff members to join our customer service team.
We have an amazing group of kind, hardworking people here in the office, and we are thrilled to add another fun person to our group.
We work together to provide fanatical customer service for our customers and they love Nash Heating and A/C! Our office has a very upbeat, fun environment.
The happier our customers are, the more fun we have! As an Customer Service Representative you are empowered to make decisions that directly affect your career as well as our company's success.
Job Duties Include: Provide fast, friendly and fun customer service.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems.
Maintain scheduled calls in our software making sure that all calls are scheduled and update customer as needed.
Make outbound calls to schedule and confirm upcoming appointments.
Other assigned duties as directed by management.
Record, organize and file customer interactions and profile/account changes.
Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems.
Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly.
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience.
Aim for customer resolution and return.
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts.
Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously.
Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.
Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies.
Strive to meet and go above personal and team targets, goals, and quotas.
Record, organize, and file customer interactions and profile/account changes.
