Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to clients regarding level tier one employee benefits inquiries
Assist clients with navigating benefit platforms and understanding their options
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless benefits administration
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
Other duties as assigned, because we love flexibility and adaptability!
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the field of employee benefits
Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with benefit administration platforms is a plus
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
A genuine enthusiasm for making the workplace a fun and exciting space!
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Employee Benefits or related field but not required
Minimum 2 years or more of customer service skills
Previous experience in a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
Familiarity with HR software and tools but not required
