A Day in the Life as a Customer Support Specialist with Us: The Customer Support Specialist is a vital part of our Customer Experience Program.
You will be assisting customer service for all of our locations to resolve concerns and ensure that processes are improved.
Our motto here is, “Making memories one weekend at a time” and that starts with individuals like you who have a passion for doing the right thing and delighting customers! You will have strong support from management for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need.

Qualifications to be a Customer Support Specialist:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Personable and fun attitude
A love for talking to with people and making personal connections
5 years in a Customer Service/Support role
Multi Line phone system experience
Pay Rate: starting at $15.
