The Big Task
As the Supervisor, you will assist the Call Center & Dispatch Manager.
Lead by example and assist in the growth of each CSR, Dispatch, and the Home Depot division of the company.
The following are Daily Job Duties to be maintained by the Supervisor:
Key Sub Tasks
Call Center and Dispatch Duties:
Assist in training of new hires for Call Center and Dispatch.
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Maintain communication with Call Center, Sales Ambassadors and Call Center Manager.
Fill in as needed for Call Center Representative, Dispatch, and the Sales Ambassador.
Lead the team when the Call Center Manager is absent from the room.
Make sure that all web leads are being worked within a 2-minute time frame and updating the Call Center Manager if not.
Participate in and/or lead team training.
Update abandoned calls and Google leads.
Must be fully updated prior to end of shift.
Make sure the team is following the processes and procedures put in place by the Call Center Manager.
Make sure that each CSR is hitting their contacts per hour and appointments per hour.
If they are not, update the Call Center Manager.
Assist in Side by Sides (locked in with the splitter) with the CSRs, provide best practices, coaching on the call, and providing positive feedback to the CSR.
Assist in the upset customer process and help de-escalate the situation.
Update the Call Center Manager with the outcome of the call.
Assist in disciplinary actions when needed.
Complete end of day report daily and any other reports as needed.
Home Depot Administrative Duties:
Assist in training Technicians, Comfort Consultants, and installers on Home Depot processes and Paperwork.
Manage the Home Depot Portal: Manage all new leads that come into Home Depot and confirm all new appointments are scheduled and updated.
Manage all appointments and make sure that all paperwork was completed properly.
*If paperwork was not completed properly, report it to the appropriate manager and have the expert return to complete the paperwork within a 24-hour time frame.
Manage the compliance portal.
All employees must be Home Depot Certified and have logins.
Manage Employee Home Depot Photos.
Manage Employee consent forms.
Manage Sales Ambassadors.
Desired Skills and Experience
Ability to multi-task.
Minimum of 1 year of Call Center Lead experience required.
Experience with training employees a plus.
Availability
Monday – Friday
Must be able to work on Saturdays when needed.
