Responsibilities include: * Greet and assist clients and patients in a courteous, friendly and professional manner * Handle and direct all telephone calls promptly and professionally * Prepare paperwork for the next day * Make courtesy calls * Communicate client and patient information to Technicians and Veterinarians * Schedule appointments and boarding reservations * Admit and discharge patients * Process payments * Dispense food and over the counter supplies * Handle miscellaneous correspondences * Maintain computer records * Reconcile invoices and payments at the end of the day Job Types: Part-time, Full-time Pay: $12.
