Guest Services is responsible for running the front office tasks.
Guest Services main focus is on the customer, and ensuring the customer has everything necessary to enjoy their stay at the hotel.

*Responsibilities:*
* Oversees the lobby operations
* Responsible for check-in & check-out individual guest and groups
* Greet guest and assist as need be
* Provided exceptional customer service
* Always be thoughtful in the way you welcome and connect with guest
* Show initiative by taking ownership and going the extra mile
*Requirements:*
* Must be familiar with hotel reservations system, cashiering & guest handling
* Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
* Proactive individual who is a natural in influencing and convincing others
* Always be professional, personable and courteous at all times when dealing with clients and guest
* High school degree or equivalent education
* One to two years of work experience in an hotel environment preferred
* Basic computer and office software knowledge
* Must be organized
