Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing - Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns Qualifications: - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Experience in product demos and technical sales is preferred - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers - Strong understanding of retail math for accurate pricing, discounts, and promotions - Knowledge of electronics sales and stock management is beneficial - Ability to upsell products to increase revenue - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving customers who prefer their native language - Exceptional phone etiquette to provide a positive customer experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.
