The primary duties of the *guest service representative* are to assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
*Responsibilities:* * Oversees the lobby operations * Responsible for check-in & check-out individual guest and groups * Greet guest and assist as need be providing excellent guest service and concierge skills.
* Always be thoughtful in the way you welcome and connect with guests * Show initiative by taking ownership and going the extra mile * Act as concierge and ambassador for the city providing excellent service.
*Requirements:* * Must be familiar with cashiering & guest service (hotel system a plus!) * Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
* Proactive individual who is a natural in influencing and convincing others * Always be professional, personable and courteous at all times when dealing with clients and guest * High school degree or equivalent education * One to two years of work experience in an hotel environment preferred * Basic computer and office software knowledge * Must be organized' Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.
