AM Shift Front Desk / Bartender

The Quisby is a modern upscale hostel in the Lower Garden District.
Now that things are picking up in the city, we are looking for new Front Desk Agents / Bartenders to join our small team.
This position also includes automatic $0.
50 raise at 6 months and 12 months, we don’t wear uniforms or nametags and we don’t say “Sir” or “Madam” but we’re very serious about making sure our guests have the best possible time in New Orleans.
Duties: * Greeting and welcoming guests * Checking guests in and out * Fulfilling guest requests during their stay * Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages * Answering calls * Keeping the front desk neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times * Processing customer payments * Maintaining an accurate cash bank * Recording client information in the company’s internal database and directing them to their designated rooms * Excellent communication skills * Proficiency in computer programs * Planning and organizing abilities * Exceptional interpersonal skills * Ability to work with different groups of people * Multitasking abilities * Efficient time management skills * Monitor, reply and forward emails.
