*Key Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the primary contact point for our clients, delivering prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
* Address client queries related to our design services, product offerings, and ongoing projects.
* Schedule appointments, consultations, and design meetings, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and our design team.
* Facilitate communication between clients and our design team to ensure clarity and satisfaction throughout the design process.
* Handle client requests, changes, and feedback efficiently, aiming for quick and satisfactory resolution.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and communications.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
* Interest in interior design and décor trends is a plus.
