Customer Service position will be responsible for verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations and data entry.
Additional responsibilities include communicating with physician offices, patients and hospitals regarding documentation required for Power Wheelchairs and Scooters.
Excellent Data Entry skills required to enter patient demographics.
Excellent communication skills needed for communication with physician offices, insurance companies and hospitals.
Position will also be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules and answering incoming calls regarding Power Wheelchairs and Scooters.
We are looking for a reliable/dependable Customer Service Representative with excellent computer skills, communication skills and the ability to multi task.
Individual will be expected to learn Medicare Guidelines for power equipment and specialty chairs.
Physician Office Experience is helpful.
Knowledge of Power Wheelchairs/Scooters and HCPC and/or ICD 10 Knowledge is a PLUS! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
