Position Overview:
As a member of the SeaGrape Cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various properties in Hammond.
Your attention to detail, punctuality, and strong work ethic will contribute to the overall success of our cleaning operations.
This is an independent contractor role.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of professional cleaning experience.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to cleaning tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job locations within Louisiana.
* Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Must have (or willing to get) business general liability insurance.
* No prior criminal records.
* Must be willing to pass a background check.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation.
We pay 50% of each job to our contractors.
This is about $20-$25 per hour (depending on the job)

Once a house cleaner works with our company, we will begin to send them jobs as much and as soon as possible.
However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours’ worth of cleaning jobs right away.
As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.
Based on our system, this should happen over 2-3 weeks.
