We are looking for a talented cook to fill orders at The Anchor.
You will be responsible for our customers’ experiences.
The cooks responsibilities include ensuring our line is clean and tidy at all times, food preparation and presentation.
You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude.

Working Environment:
Interior of restaurant, in restaurant and kitchen areas, with exposure to humidity, steam and extreme temperatures
Exposure to Food and Beverage hazardous cleaning chemicals
Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds with ease
Walking, stooping, standing, bending and sitting; possibly for more than 1 hour
Ability to communicate orally and in written form, in English'
Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codesCOVID-19 Precaution(s):
