Duties:
* Clean and Sanitize - provide COVID cleaning and sanitation
* Clean and Sanitize all areas in building
* Clean and Sanitize all areas in restrooms
* Gather and empty trash receptacles; replace trash bags
* Regularly replenish and organize supplies
* Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors
* Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
* Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
* Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions while adhering to safety specifications
* Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment
* Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
* Notify management if the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems occurs
* Apply cross-training to other potential job sites within the company should the opportunity arise
Requirements
* Proven experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or cleaning technician preferred
* Able to work with little to no supervision while maintaining performance standards
* Customer-oriented focus and friendly personality
* Excellent prioritization and time management skills
* Work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
* Basic knowledge of the English language preferred
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Valid Driver's License or State ID
