Job Summary An IHOP server's role involves welcoming and seating guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, managing multiple tables efficiently, and providing excellent customer service.
They also handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with IHOP's policies and safety guidelines to create a positive dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities Greeting and seating customers.
Presenting menus and explaining menu items.
Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Communicating special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of orders to tables.
Refilling beverages and attending to guests' needs throughout the meal.
