Cafe Counter Attendant

Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Take customer orders and process payments accurately - Prepare and serve food and beverages - Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining area - Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dishes - Follow proper sanitation procedures in the kitchen and food preparation areas Skills: - Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and food preparation Note: Prior experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided.
