Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team.
As a Infant/Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool children
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child, including those with special education requirements
- Foster positive behavior management techniques to promote self-discipline and respect among students
- Maintain effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and promote parental involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess student progress through observations, assessments, and documentation
- Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper protocols and procedures
- Meet all state/licencing requirements in the state of Louisiana
Skills:
- A strong background in early childhood education or related field
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Experience working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with young children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient in behavior management techniques appropriate for preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management skills to create an engaging learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for preschool-aged children
