Purchased February 2023 and we have traveled very little since beginning of summer 2023.
Travel partner had a stroke in January 2024 and cannot continue.
I work full-time from the road and cannot maintain this large rv (40’ 9”), work for corporate, and have lots of fun.

Previous owners removed the fold down bunk and sofa in the extra room.
I use it as my office so it is a blank slate to setup to meet your needs.
A twin bed fits in the slide out, add a sofa, or anything.
3 TVs – 2 smart TVs in living and master.
Non-smart TV the rv came with when purchased in the extra room.
TV mounts in loft and outside.
Known issues deducted pre-list price:
The “leather” sofas in the living area need replacing.
Suprima (not leather even though that is what the spec says) wears out quickly by just sitting on it.
I have seen two wooden frame futons with black mattresses in photos and those look really nice.
Any wall-hugger style recliner would work and there is always RV furniture.
Or customize to your needs.
I took too sharp a turn in a filling station and dented a few places which have all been professionally repaired except one fendor skirt (plastic easy to install and damage not noticeable) and the driver side door to the propane locker (you can barely tell it is damaged).
I have both replacements but not installed.
Timing issues were the reason the job wasn’t 100% completed.
Posted photos are current and show the damage if you look closely.
Oven, within the past 2 months, started overheating (broke baking dishes hot).
So it needs something I think is easy but I haven’t looked at my research in 2 months so can’t remember the part.
Might be the thermostat but there is something else it could be too.
And it needs a good interior cleaning at the moment.
Now that I am moving on alone and need to downsize or do something entirely different if you purchase this RV before I work the issues list, I will deduct another $1,000 for saving me the time.
